General Return Policy
Due to the nature of research compounds and the strict quality and safety standards required for their handling, products cannot be returned once shipped. This policy exists to maintain the integrity of all materials and protect the safety of the research community.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or compromised in any way, 33 Degrees of Healing will replace the affected product at no additional cost. To initiate a replacement:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide your order number and a description of the issue
- Include clear photographs showing the damage or defect
Once we have reviewed the provided documentation and confirmed the issue, a replacement will be shipped promptly.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive a product that does not match what was ordered, contact us immediately. Incorrect orders will be reshipped at no cost to the buyer once the discrepancy has been verified.
Refunds
In cases where a replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval. Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
