33 Degrees of Healing currently ships to addresses within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time. As our operations expand, international options may be added in the future.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders submitted on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been submitted and a second notification when it ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options:
- USPS Priority Mail — Estimated delivery in 2–3 business days
- USPS First Class — Estimated delivery in 3–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Free Shipping
Orders totaling $150 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress through the USPS tracking system.
Signature Requirements
Orders with a total value exceeding $200 may require a signature upon delivery. This measure helps ensure that high-value shipments are received securely.
